- Cancellation Policy -
 

If you find you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, or you may be subject to a $35 cancellation fee. 

If you need to cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice please contact me directly at (828) 333-7268 so I may better accommodate you. 

No call/no shows will be blocked from re-scheduling and the cost of the service will be due in order to re-book.


  

- Late Policy -

 

Please strive to arrive on time for your appointment, but no more than 15 minutes late. Arriving more than 15 minutes late could result in cancellation of your appointment, and a $35 cancellation fee would be due before future appointments could be scheduled. Please contact me if you are running late so I may better accommodate you.

I strive to provide quality services to my clients.
 

All artificial services are guaranteed for 1 Week after the time of your service.

Please contact me as soon as possible if you have an issue so a free repair can be scheduled.

Repairs after the 1 week mark will have a small fee.

 

 

Please try to arrive to your appointment with bare nails, or you may schedule a soak off with me.

I prefer not working over another tech's work as I have no way of knowing what products were used previously, and it can be difficult to properly assess the condition of your nails.

This can affect the longevity of your set.

 

Fills over another tech's work are not guaranteed in most cases.
